I am writing to share my experience with this apartment, which we have been living in for the past four months.
Unfortunately, the condition of the apartment has been very poor. The electrical outlets are extremely old and unsafe. Paint has been applied over the moldings instead of proper repairs being done. The bathrooms are in bad condition, and the windows are also damaged and not functioning properly.
I have requested maintenance several times. While maintenance staff come and clean, the same issues return after a few weeks. These are not permanent repairs, and the problems remain unresolved. Despite this, we are charged high maintenance fees without receiving proper or lasting service.
We pay almost $1,700 every month in rent, which is a significant amount. For this price, we expect safe living conditions and honest, effective maintenanceânot temporary fixes that do not solve the problems.
I am very disappointed with the lack of accountability and the overall handling of these issues.
