I lived at Willow Cove a few years ago and the management was great, util we moved out. They charged us an additional fee to clean the carpet that was at least 5 years old, because we had a pet. Why do we pay a $400.00 pet deposit for? For literally cleaning the carpets. They took the $400.00 & charged us another $200.00, in 2017 it wasn't $600.00 to disinfect the 5 year old carpets. Be weary if you have a pet. They'll take the entire pet deposit and cleaning deposit and charge you another cleaning fee. I call that greedy management. Patricia was the General manager. Polite, but greedy!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, I cannot provide a complete review as I’m only a week into living here. However - I will admit the management has been absolutely lovely to work with thus far. They’ve been very responsive, and accomodating to my needs as a new resident. I mentioned being pregnant and finding difficulty with the original apartment assigned to me, management went above and beyond to find me a different apartment that was more accomodating to my pregnancy (and soon to be newborn status). The apartment chosen was also a newly renovated one. Whilst there were some issues, I want to give them leeway and kindness since this was originally not supposed to be our apartment and was a *very* last minute choice for them. I’m excited to see what the future will look like with this apartment complex and I will update this after my 1 year lease ends or when I move out. Whichever comes first.

DO NOT RENT HERE I moved in 2016. I will say the positive first. Maintenance is good. I only had one problem with the wiring of my stove. But they came back and fixed it. The apartments are full of mold. Both bathroom started showing little black spots all over the ceiling and walls. In 2017 a A/C unit broke and with the units being on the roof it leaked all the way down each apartment. With me being on the basement floor, I got the worst of it. There was an inch and half of water in my living room. It was a weekend so maintenance came out and stopped the leak. They had a carpet cleaner come out for the water. Bubbles formed in my dining room, bathroom, laundry room walls. All they did us pop them and patched them. Mold formed and I got a test kit and took pictures. When I went to the office about it. First they didnt know there was a flood. Secondly, One woman told me "mold doesn't grow in Utah". They they told me to "clean it with bleach". I informed them in allergic to bleach and asked if they would cover my hospital bills, besides its not my job to clean it up. The sent maintenance to clean it without bleach. I've had other residents call me names while walking my dogs. Office didn't do anything about it. The sidewalks were hardly ever cleared of snow. With me and other residents being semi or fully disabled it was hard for us to get out. Their solution was to give a bag of ice melt to each building. When I moved out I gave a 60 day notice. I was out of the apartment by the end of the 60 days. The first was on a holiday but I hurt myself the Sunday before. I called on Tuesday to let them know I had a medical issue and couldn't get there to turn in keys the woman i apoke with aaid ahe would pass on the meaaage but didnt. My knee was the size of a softball and it took me 20 mins to walk up their stairs to turn in the keys. I was charged for 4 days for having the keys even though I had a medical issue. I work graves so I try to communicate with them via email because I sleep during the day. I will respond to them and they do not respond back. Horrible communication

Has been smooth and wonderful moving here. It's quiet here and the staff has been wonderful and very accommodating and attentive the few times I have needed to reach out to them. Beautiful apartments and a great place to live making my decision to move here a good one and I'm happy to call this place my home :)

Jerry was extremely professional and efficient in the repair of my A/C unit. He provided a schedule and held to it. He should be commended for his efforts and work ethic.
