Worst place I've ever lived. The maintenance crew is great, but the staff in the office is condescending, and they refused to fix the literal holes in the patio room walls. They would not replace damaged and badly painted doors, or draws that had all kinds of chipping. The maintenance crew puts in good work with keeping the ice clear but they can only fix what they're allowed to. Also no one picks up after their dogs, there is so much poop everywhere. Just look elsewhere, it's not worth the ridiculous price to live here.

I did go to the office to address the concerns, the office staff is unhelpful and rude. The Spanish speaking man is the only one who was never rude to me. For example, when I went to use the key the staff had given me to enter the gym (terrible gym btw) it wouldn't work and then when I brought this up to B. She asked where I had gotten that key from, as if to insinuate that I had stolen it or swiped it from somewhere/someone, it was the key she gave me at move in. She then said it would be replaced and then that was the end of it, they never replaced it.
Also the apartment that they showed us, was not the apartment that we got, the one we saw was renovated and looked good, the one we got smelled bad, had what seemed like water damage(video), a terrible paint job, an OLD stove, and seemingly no insolation. On the stairs going up there were a few with cracks and even whole chunks missing that were already like that when we moved in and it took about 6 months after that for them to replace the steps.
