The management and staff here are very solid. Kristen, the property manager, is very accommodating and understanding of personal situations. The front desk staff of Chyna, Brantlee, and Eric are all extremely friendly and helpful. Great access to restaurants/close to gym and the freeway. Would recommend to others.

I have lived here many years. Apts nice and bigger then most. Grounds are clean and will kept winter and summer. The mangment always so helpfull. Maintenance always helpful and fast. They have free summer parties aind Santa at Christmas time. Family Friendly with playgrounds. Was telling my friends about. Sorry problems with the people messing up apts and not paying rent. Truely a great place to live,and pet friendly.

I have my reasons of not liking it here (starting from before we even moved in) but wonât state simply because i have to deal with this place for basically another year. just do yourself a favor and find something better and pay attention to the reviews. the only reason I give it more than 1 star is because we do have other family living in another unit that DO like it here.

Theyâre hitting residents with $100 fines if theyâre caught feeding or providing shelter for feral cats. What is the issue?? They arenât reproducing, as theyâre apart of TNR (trap, neuter, release). Their ears are tipped and they arenât causing any harm. How an apartment complex could believe this is a good idea, is absolutely disgusting. Itâs 100 degrees outside and these cats need water.

Terrible place to live especially during the summer, we have called maintenance 3 times already to fix the A/C and every time they come they say itâs working fine, itâs not. This is one of the hottest summers yet and they canât even afford to make sure their tenants are comfortable. Itâs currently 78 degrees in my apartment with the cooling ON, yet itâs not doing anything. Even when it DID work it would barely blow out any air. Iâm planning on hiring a PROFESSIONAL to fix the A/C and then deducting the cost from rent, this is ridiculous. Iâm pretty sure the air conditioning not working is a breach of their contract but they donât care. Not to mention the fact that I have a medical condition which makes the heat even worse for me. Donât live here.
