Great maintenance, but management is out to make as much money as possible, they refused to replace my painted over light switches, broken stove, or the black mold in my closet from the upstairs water leak. The linoleum floors had holes in it when we moved in. but when I moved out they completely remodeled it and sent me the $2,000 bill to be paid in 14 days,for replacing all blinds, all carpet, all linoleum, charged me for paint, said there was pet damage when I had no pets, and on top of that, nothing was new when I moved in, yet the people who move In after will have a new house at my expense. Be carefull with willow cove apartments, you are only good for money to them. They closed the pool for a year due to covid but we were still forced to pay for the pool. Parking is ridiculous, my parking spot was on the other of the apartments, yet the office allows specific people to move parking spots making it unfair for everyone. This apartment complex LOVES fines, and if you don't pay them immediately you get a 3 day eviction notice and a lawyer fee. The summer before we moved out they took out the playground, so now there is no place for the kids or dogs to play, no animals can be outside playing without getting in trouble.

I’m a renter and have submitted work order in to get my belongings from the roof. Granted it is a hacky sack I been told I can retrieve my hacky sack whenever they have a work order stating to get on the roof for a A/C condition. Keep in mind this was accidentally kicked in the roof Saturday 04/02/22 and had called that night to get my hacky sack down and was told it would be taken down Monday or sometime this week. Now being told that Who knows when that can be understanding that they are slammed but this work order shall take 10 -15 at the most. It’s unprofessional as a maintenance technician for a HOA to be told we’ll get it down at our convenience. All of my work orders are mandatory completed no later that 1 week of submission if I can do this by myself and I have 282 units to take care of by myself why can I get my SIMPLE work order done? Other than the maintenance staff everything is good!

The maintenance crew is awesome and so efficient. All of my neighbors are friendly and the environment is safe and kept very well! The leasing office staff is always friendly and I appreciate all they do to help me. No one ever hesitates to help out when I have a question or concern!

First off, if you can afford to live Anywhere else, I definitely advise doing so. Do yourself a favor, if you have to live here, and pay the fee to make your rent payments online. The website they partner with will report your payments to the credit bureaus, whereas Willow Cove refuses to. Always pay your rent at least a day early. If you pay it on the due date, they will charge you a $70 fee. A tenant was shot right outside my bedroom window. The office asked me to come give a statement and then advised me that they would be evicting the Victim. The office refuses to even consider recycling for the complex. Any time anyone mentions it they just say they would have to raise rent and they won't speak about it further. Funny enough, they raise the rent $100 per year EVERY year anyways. We called to have them come fix our ac right before some very warm winter months. One office lady condescendingly told me that they didn't intend to fix it, because it was almost winter. Luckily, an order had still been put through, because maintenence found that our ac had frozen and it had caused water leakage in the filter area. Btw, maintenence here is Awesome and THEY deserve 5 stars. If the office leaves a note saying that your car might get hit by rocks when they are cleaning the parking lot, always move your car or they will tow it without warning and charge you $40 to get it back. Basically, this place is pretty craptacular. Go anywhere else if you can afford to.

Find other apartments to expensive for what it is. So many other options. Don’t waste your time unless you like terrible neighbors. Cops were here all the time.
