I was honestly shocked to read so many negative reviews regarding the management at Willow Cove, because they have been incredibly helpful and understanding with my family. I've had 3 major surgeries in a 1 year span which has left me out of work. Because of this, we've been a one income household, which made the rent....difficult. The office always worked with us to the best of their ability, which is something I can't overstate. In the 3 years we've lived here, I have never once called the main office and not received an answer, and any maintenance was always completed quickly and in a friendly manner. However, the maintenance was usually, unfortunatley, spotty. Most things we've called about have needed to be re-repaired at least 3 times, each time the crew shaking their heads at the work of the last repair and calling it "lazy" and doing it differently, but not necessarily better. The apartments are severely outdated and overpriced, and there was mold when I moved in (which I did fix myself because I didn't want to trouble the apartments after how they've helped us with rent). There's a massive stray cat infestation, and people leave dog feces quite frequently, but I can't really blame the apartments for that besides not putting out a fine for feeding the strays. On the other hand, the neighbors are exceptionally nice, everything feels very safe, and the walls in the apartments are pretty thick (Good for us. We're loud) There are plenty of positives amd negatives about these apartments that should be weighed before moving in, but overall, my experience has been fairly positive.
