We went to see the apartment today, but the woman her name Chyna was very rude. Her face look she donât wanna show the apartment. She shouldn't wanna walk there . She was saying, "It's 3rd floor available. Before we call no one answer the call . And the one men Sitting in the office watching he should come ask whatâs going on you guys need any help

If I could rate this place less than one star I would. My husband I currently deployed with the US Military and we have legal rights to terminate our lease with a 30 days notice due to the Service Members Relief Act (SCRA). This act protects military members who are deployed from several things including relocation as long as we give a 30 days notice. We gave ample notice (more than 30 days) and Willow Cove has fought us tooth and nail telling my husband and I that they are contacting their lawyers. This has made my husband and I super stressed as we have now got in contact with lawyers from the US Military to have to prove our rights to use SCRA to relocate our family and potentially open a lawsuit against Willow Cove. On top of all this, it took 6 months for maintenance orders to get completed, we had orders that we sent in that never got taken care of and the leasing office refused to work with us when the military was late with my husbands pay at the beginning of his deployment. I wish we would have never moved in here. I am dealing with the stress of my husband being deployed and they have only made our stress as a family so much worse.

This is the worst apartment complex in West Jordan. Their was an apartment above me that got bed bugs and they staff did not tell me about it until it was too late and I had to toss all of my belongings. I paid a montly pet rent fee and when I left because of the bed bugs they are retaliating against me and charging me for every little thing that was included with my pet rent. DO NOT RENT HERE. You will get bed bugs and you will retaliated against when you leave.

I love living at Willow Cove with the couple things I did not enjoy was the smokers such as cigarettes and marijuana being smoked inside and outside of the apartments, walking up the stairwells to get into my apartment was horrible. I complained about it a few times and it did not ever stop and the second is the parking there just was not enough parking for people or visitors . Other than that, I really enjoyed living there

I have lived here 3 different times. Responsive and friendly staff. I had a leak in my unit. I flagged them as they were remodeling a unit close to me. The guys were on it. Maintanance is done promptly and correctly.

It seems very reactive, waiting until hot season to than start repairing equipment. Our AC doesnt work and we have a 2 yr old that cant sleep when shes sweating during any nap time.
