You get less than you pay for. Can hear everytime my upstairs neighbors move around, they decide to do maintence outside at 7 am and you can hear EVERYTHING. They do not enforce noise ordinance with anyone and neighbors love to slam doors and stomp all night till 3 am. Walls are paper thin. Do yourself a favor and just a rent a house. Can’t wait till my lease is up.

The apartments are really nice, I feel like you get a lot for how much you pay. The area is awesome, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and feels really safe. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. We moved in recently, and so far our experience has been great!

Supper expensive. Have hidden fees. People will break into your car 90 a month for “water” which is supposed to cover maintenance and security. But there is no security. Had mine and my roommate car broken into.
