Letâs be honest, everybody hates to move but in the same breath itâs exciting that youâre starting a new chapter of your life which is exactly what I did. I have been a resident at the Willow Cove apartments for two years now. Both my older kids are on to bigger and better things and are living their own lives. I had no need to spend a couple extra hundred dollars for a bedroom that I wasnât using so I downgrade to a smaller apartment in the process could not have gone any smoother Patty, Melissa and the rest of the staff were very accommodating , friendly and down right awesome during my transfer to a smaller apartment. They are an awesome group of people.

My opinion of living here goes up and down with who I deal with in the office. They don't seem to have a clue with what is going on when it comes to maintenance issues. When it comes to A/C issues I have been lied to two separate times about maintenance people stopping by already and fixing the issue. It is only when I have threatened to hire outside maintenance to resolve the issue do they seem to get their act together. When you don't have to deal with the office, the apartments are nice enough. Rent is high, but that is most everywhere right now. Update: We had two emergencies in our building with blocked pipes two days in a row. They asked us to not use water both days but never communicated when we were good to use it again. The office staff seemed clueless that they should notify us that we were good to use the water again. No empathy, no sorry. They just don’t care. They are there to take rent payments and put in work orders. The office staff doesn’t really care about the residents. I have also reached out to the regional manager and she can’t be bothered to return a phone call either. The property owner should really find someone else to manage his apartments.

Extremely upset and disappointed! My apt is FLOODED... the have done nothing to help and accommodate. I requested a move and have not heard back!

Extremely sad, disappointed and upset they have not been accommodating. I'm using my friends yelp account but my apartment is FLOODED and they have not...
