If I could rate this place less than one star I would.
My husband I currently deployed with the US Military and we have legal rights to terminate our lease with a 30 days notice due to the Service Members Relief Act (SCRA). This act protects military members who are deployed from several things including relocation as long as we give a 30 days notice.
We gave ample notice (more than 30 days) and Willow Cove has fought us tooth and nail telling my husband and I that they are contacting their lawyers. This has made my husband and I super stressed as we have now got in contact with lawyers from the US Military to have to prove our rights to use SCRA to relocate our family and potentially open a lawsuit against Willow Cove.
On top of all this, it took 6 months for maintenance orders to get completed, we had orders that we sent in that never got taken care of and the leasing office refused to work with us when the military was late with my husbands pay at the beginning of his deployment.
I wish we would have never moved in here. I am dealing with the stress of my husband being deployed and they have only made our stress as a family so much worse.
