When we found out we needed to be in Utah in two weeks I gave Willow Cove a call and they got us set up right away. We were there for just about two years, for the last year we signed the home buyers lease and moving out once we bought our house was no problem. Maintenance was great.

We put a $200 deposit down 2 1/2 weeks before moving because the prices seemed so good and it was close to work. After I put the deposit down we decided to Google some more pictures and that's when we came across the violent history. We saw how much crime was commited in the complex and near. So we called back the next day and asked for our money back because we weren't comfortable with the history and crime rate. They refused to give our money back.
