The staff is very good. The property is very well maintained. Only wish pet owners would pick up after their pets.

I have only ever had one bad experience with this complex and the staff and once it was brought to their attention they fixed my problem, gave me a rent credit, and the person who caused the problem no longer works there. They take all matters serious because they care about their community. They give a grace period of when rent is late- just make sure you pay then because it goes up to market rate if you are late, which is explained to you at the beginning. Best management at an apartment complex for sure!

this is the worst aparment complex i have ever lived in if i wish i could give 0 stars they are rude disrespectful the management just sucks no one knows what they are talking about they never fix anything my drain in my tub has been broken for 6months and i am still waiting for them to fix it i pay way to much for a broken down apartment they dont ever do anything about the upstairs neighbors being noise they just dont care all around dont move here it is the worst mistake i have made my lease is up march 31st and they have charging me until april 12th which is wrong and also when i moved in to building 3 it was infeasted with cockroaches and it took the 1 year to get rid of them they all ready had them before i moved in and did not say anything about them i had to find out about them from a neighbor and they would not let me move apartments since i all ready signed a lease this is the worst place to live i will never live here again
