At first it was great. The neighbors are generally nice and gave a feel good vibe. But there was noise issues. The walls seemed to be thin like they didn't have the proper amount of insulation to cover up the noise. And then there's the fact the water tasted moldy. My wife and daughter agreed. Along with most of our neighbors. They said that they had to buy bottled water and personal water filters to get rid of the taste. After hearing this, we asked if the management could get someone to come to the apartments to check the pipes but they kept saying nothing was there. And that wasn't all. In my room's master bathroom there was mold beneath the sealing paste along the tile wall on the shower/bath rim. My daughter used many different cleaning agents on it and was unable to clean this. We complained to managment and they sent someone over to look at it. All they did was take off the old seal and replaced it, but it grew back again. Aparently the guys who did the jobs the first and second time didn't do it correctly, but did they fix it? No. Now I'm going to talk about public safety. First of all, there's this small kids playground near where the bus stops every day during the school year to pick up the Jr high school kids. Anytime a large breeze blew and there was maybe a couple small children on the ,"clubhouse" ,as they called it, the whole thing would shake quite a bit. Lastly there was a dieing tree in front of our building. It had been dead since the middle of autumn and didn't get cut down until late spring. It could've easily fallen over and hurt the young children in the building we were in as they liked to play often near the area. Imagine if a huge storm came by unexpectedly and torn it from its roots all of a sudden? Definatly do not recommend this place if you're looking for safety and support. (This is a review from an an ominous user who asked me to post this here for him so that no one would know his true identity)

I learned it is cheaper to own. Why spend 1000 + when you can have a nice place of your own for same amount?!

Worst apartments I have ever lived in. Overcharged for utilities. Told it would be around $60 a month comes put to over $100. Pool closes all day for cleaning even though no chemicals they should be using to need staying out of the pool for more than a few hours. When we first were moving in apparently the apartment we were suppose to move Into flooded. Had to move to a smaller unit. The unit we moved in looked crappy so we wrote down everything wrong but I'm sure they will try and rip us off like I have read in alot of other reviews. If you are considering moving here don't. From what I can tell is they get you in with a low deposit and don't add the utilities in like most places so it seems cheaper but in the long run you could rent somewhere nicer for the same. Then to make up for no deposits they charge you a ton extra when you move out.
