I lived here for about 5 months. My two-bedroom apartment was a decent size and livable, albeit old. My biggest criticism is the way things are handled at the leasing office. It seems very disorganized. Multiple times I was confused about the terms of my lease and called in with questions, only to be given conflicting information by different staff members. That doesn't exactly inspire confidence. Several times the office staff couldn't answer my questions and had to wait for the manager to answer them, which was also a little frustrating.
The also charged us quite a bit to clean the apartment after we left, even though we did a pretty thorough job. Don't bother to clean the drip pans on the stove; they will charge you to replace them anyway.
Overall, Willow Cove is an okay place to live, if you keep a record of all your payments and read your lease very carefully. The apartments are slightly overpriced for what they are, but they're one of the cheapest options in the area. I recommend trying to get a west-facing apartment so there's plenty of sunlight. Without that, I think our place would have felt a little dreary.
