Since the stars are required, I have to put them here. My roommate and I are really looking forward to moving here, but since we both had to start full time jobs, we've had issues getting our paystubs in, especially the fact one of the jobs didn't work out for my roommate, but luckily had a back up. We have called 3 times trying to explain the situation but haven't gotten a call back, even leaving voicemails all week. We have called once a day, and haven't gotten a response of any kind. We understand we are just one mere customer out of many, but we actually would like to move in, considering we're booked next month...please, contact us. We really need to discuss this with you guys.

This is the WORST!!!!! Apartment ever! They will charge you fees for no reason!! I hate everything about this place!!! You would be better off anywhere else!!

$250 to add someone to your lease? How about paying for a covered parking stall that isn't close to your apartment while all the tenants fill up the 'overflow' parking. Late fees are outragious, and then they wonder why you're upset about costs. Overall, you overpay for what you get, period. I will not be signing a new lease when mine is up.

all around terrible from the plumbing to the customer service. I would never recommend moving to Willow Cove Apartments. Cant wait to be out on 7/31!!

Worst experience im a military wife all places i have lived was the best they understand everything stands by you and very honest im moving out the office complex knows my last day is TOMORROW and they gonna sent some people to installed some cables bullshit I called the office asking what's going why they having people coming there their asses know that im still here they gonna lied saying they didn't. I knew from the first week me moving in this place is not professional but money hungry SMH
