I don't know who or when building 20 was built but I can hear my upstairs neighbors talk when they're near the bathroom. Or it could be the voices in my head ha ha yeah right! Word for word I can tell you what my upstairs neighbors are saying it's creepy. 1 year I'm outta here. $150 late fee every day your rent isn't paid after the 5th of the month. Management won't work with you either. Don't move here it's a waste of money, time, and your privacy is Invaded.

This place is a big scam and a rip off. If you don't want to feel like your intentionally being token advantage of than I highly recommend not living here. Everyone in the office should be fired other than kelton. He is the only person that knows how to treat people like he's not better then them!

Service to residents is absolutely terrible. Been a resident for a year and we have asked for many fixes in our apartment that occurred before our move in and they beat around the bush. Didn't replace the carpet so we are left with a staind and stinky carpet and not to mention the bug service that never works. Don't live in these apartments folks. 0/10.

At first it was great. The neighbors are generally nice and gave a feel good vibe. But there was noise issues. The walls seemed to be thin like they didn't have the proper amount of insulation to cover up the noise. And then there's the fact the water tasted moldy. My wife and daughter agreed. Along with most of our neighbors. They said that they had to buy bottled water and personal water filters to get rid of the taste. After hearing this, we asked if the management could get someone to come to the apartments to check the pipes but they kept saying nothing was there. And that wasn't all. In my room's master bathroom there was mold beneath the sealing paste along the tile wall on the shower/bath rim. My daughter used many different cleaning agents on it and was unable to clean this. We complained to managment and they sent someone over to look at it. All they did was take off the old seal and replaced it, but it grew back again. Aparently the guys who did the jobs the first and second time didn't do it correctly, but did they fix it? No. Now I'm going to talk about public safety. First of all, there's this small kids playground near where the bus stops every day during the school year to pick up the Jr high school kids. Anytime a large breeze blew and there was maybe a couple small children on the ,"clubhouse" ,as they called it, the whole thing would shake quite a bit. Lastly there was a dieing tree in front of our building. It had been dead since the middle of autumn and didn't get cut down until late spring. It could've easily fallen over and hurt the young children in the building we were in as they liked to play often near the area. Imagine if a huge storm came by unexpectedly and torn it from its roots all of a sudden? Definatly do not recommend this place if you're looking for safety and support. I learned it is cheaper to own. Why spend 1000 + when you can have a nice place of your own for same amount?!
