This place failed to tell me and my family there was a severe case of bed bugs in the apartment above mine, they ended up invading my apartment and I had to throw away all my furniture and kids stuffed animals/toys. They refuse to treat the entire building, the exterminator said they will be back within three months if not treated in other units in the building.

Lied about damages to property and vastly overcharged for repairs. No way washable childrens paint costs $1600 over our security deposit. That was the only damage besides a small dent in a wall. Robbery, lies, and scummy practices. 0/10 absolute theives and liars. If I find the photos, I can prove it. Doesnât matter tho, theyâll sue you for things they make up. You buy that capret in bulk, and have sheds full of it. I did flooring for 3 years, and I know damn well it doesnât cost anything close to what they charged.
