Outdated and not maintained very well. I have lived here a year and unfortunatly will be here another 9 months. The neghibors are nice. but there are a lot of barking dogs and unsupervised kids. The lease terms are a friggin joke and thats why we will be leaving. When we moved here a year ago we needed a place to live like within days so we didint go over it too well the first time. They basically have it written up so they can come in your home whenever they want, punch you in the face, rape your wife, and steal your TV without being held accountable for it. I have woken up to the sounds of maintenence men in my living room moving my stuff around. If I had the money to move now I would. RUN, RUN AWAY AND NEVER RETURN

They are so nosey. Everytime I turn around they were in my business. I'm so glad to be out of there

This is not a great place to live. It's not even a good place to live. It is a last desperate option if no one else seemed affordable enough. I signed a 13 month lease because my wife had lived at these apartments 2 years previous and had nothing but great experiences. Apparently in the time she was gone management had changed hands. After the 2nd day living here we couldn't wait for our lease to be up. We looked into terminating early but as I found out the cost is almost $4500 to break your lease. I'm from ridiculously priced California and Nevada and have never had such a high cost on breaking a lease before. The management people are pretty nice but the contracts and policies are terrible. Now to the actual property. We got a ground floor unit that happened to be handicapped accessible. Didn't need it but it was the first available. Our immediate neighbors were great. They are the only reason I gave the place 2 stars. Some of the other neighbors were not so great. "Jordan" I don't know how you could rate this place great. You might be one of the parents walking around with an infant on your hip chain smoking marlboro's and cussing at your bf/lover/whatever across the complex about what a loser they are and how lucky they are that you don't kick them to the curb. Or you might be one of those people that lets your kids run around doing whatever they like and dropping the F bomb every 3 word. We lived right across from the basketball court and pool so we heard some pretty offensive language and rarely was it from anyone over 17. There is a lot of crime in this complex and it all peaked with the Quadruple Murder Suicide that most people read about in the news. We never felt safe at this place and there are several times that my car alarm alerted me to someone trying to steal it. It's a passive alarm so it only goes off if someone yanks on a door handle too hard or jams the wrong key in the key hole. As to the actual unit, it was terrible. The walls were haphazardly painted with some stains from the previous tenant still showing through. We thought the floors were dirty but it turned out we couldn't get the dirt off because the cleaning people didn't bother to mop or sweep before they resealed and polished the floors. So we had permanent dirt in every room with a laminate floor. There was a three inch layer of dust on the vents in the bathroom and a urine stain on one of the walls in the master bedroom. It was too high up to be a dog of any breed that I know. The heating never really worked the way it should and getting maintenance to fix anything was always a chore. I would never recommend these apartments to anyone while they are still under their current management. I hope this place gets turned around because they are in a great location but that's about all they have going for them.

This place is nightmare. Management is incompetent and unethical. Crime is commonplace. Children run around unaccompanied and unsupervised. Apartments are outdated, energy-draining. Noise is hellish. Don't believe me? Google Willow Cove and you'll see just a few of the murders which have occurred recently.

Have lived here for a year now. Management is great and easy to work with. The people with bad experiences here are probably the ones that don't pay rent on time, have stinky pets,. or just have bad attitudes. I would recommend this place to anybody, and plan on staying here for a while.

Everything about Willow Cove is a disaster.

I just went to see this apartments since we are in the process of relocating. The staff's children run all over the place unsupervised and the apartment smelled of pet urine. I went with my two little ones and made sure I cleaned their hands afterwards. Out of towners beware. Looks great on paper but NOT close up.
