They had told us we would get a renovated unit before we moved in, then later said it would not be renovated, then upon move in realized the unit had holes in the walls, dirty and damaged kitchen cabinets, and a foul smell. The stairs outside to go up to the apartment were cracked and had chunks missing and there's dog poop all over the grass area. The office staff is condescending and dismissing, and our concerns weren't addressed even after we spoke to the office, sent emails, and tried to follow up about the issues. The maintenance crew was great, but weren't allowed by management to fix or replace very much.

In these apartments people do what they want. My neighbors in 2816 listen to music every day of the week without respecting the rules, many times until 7 AM while everyone works the next day and doesn't care about anything, whether it's summer or winter, Monday through Friday. I'M TIRED OF NOT SLEEPING. I'm writing this post at 2:36 AM because the music doesn't stop. They smoke in the common play areas and inside the pool. I've called but the management doesn't do anything. I'M DEFINITELY WAITING FOR MY LEASE TO END TO LEAVE AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND WILLOW COVE.
