Do not trust when you end the lease. It has been a mess. I get hit with an unjustified lawsuit from these people. This place will screw you for any extra money they can. Dealt with feeling unsafe as a gay couple living here on top of things.

UPDATE 11/27/2024: ROACHES!!!!! weekly pest control but they’ll never go away. disgusting, see the photos. Those are roaches in the stove. Never seen roaches in utah so idk how gross these units are. I also am in the middle of a domestic violence case and today when my mom called them to try and help me while dealing with the suspect with help calling the cops since my phone was taken, they stated they “didn’t want to be involved” they DO not care about their tenants. I had high hopes for these apartments but I can’t wait to get out now. Live anywhere but here. My only props is how great Chyna was for the application and move in process. Chyna is great, she followed up with me multiple times which really ended up sealing the deal, she really is awesome!! I just picked up my keys last night, so excited to move everything in! shouting THANK YOU from the rooftops!

I requested for them to check a crack in the ceiling. My opinion it looks like it’s from water damage and all they do is talk to me about what it could be! no inspection. I asked them if they could make sure there’s no mold, they just told me something was fixed on the roof way back and that’s it.My son’s room has a screen missing for over a month because they took it to fix it the last time I requested maintenance.They show up with no screen,again! then they take the screen from my room so they can make a new one and they never come back with mine. So now, two of my windows are missing the screen.
