Would not recommend this place to anyone I know. Paid rent late by 2 days because I was having issues with my bank. You would think they would give you a break the first time. Nope. Not only did they charge me $500 in fees but they also taped a paper to my door saying pay or vacate instead of texting, calling, or emailing. I told them this fee would keep me from buying groceries but they didn't care.
Other issues with this property:
-Apartment was "renovated" it was clear it was done in a rush. Paint on the trim, dirty trim, doors that didn't close right, etc.
-Somehow everybody smokes. They say no smoking yet anyone with an old lease can. The people above and below us smoke. Never can open our windows or go on the porch. Smoke comes through the kitchen. Only ONE building is smoke free.
-The police seem to show up almost every week.
-Don't rely on the onsite laundry. Door is impossible to open and the room is always dirty.
It is clear this place like most large properties only cares about money and whatever fees they can get from their tenants. You could find anywhere else to live that is better. Can't wait until our lease is over.
