I love it hear its so quiet and peaceful sometimes no problems everyone is so nice and it feels so safe and the pool and hot tub are amazing

"I was disappointed with the customer service I received. I understood that there were other people ahead of me and that the issue might not be resolved until tomorrow. However, the way I was spoken to felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I requested a manager's contact information because of the urgency of the situation, I was simply told they couldn't provide it. Good customer service is about communication and respect, even when delays are unavoidable. I hope they improve how they communicate with customers

Our daughter and son-in-law have been leading here for almost five months. Most things have been acceptable thus far. The apartment has new carpet and paint, which are great. Most everything has worked as expected. However their AC has been in-operable for weeks on end. In the middle of summer! Management continues to give excuses and generally give them runaround, with no promise or effort to make things better. Multiple trips to the management office have yielded no result. Cannot recommend.

My daughter has been renting there for 4 months. Her AC has been broken for longer than it has worked! 4 weeks at a time! Maintenance ignores her requests to fix this issue for the most part. When she finally gets hold of someoneâ¦ they give her the runaround. One excuse after another. Finally fixed it the first time and 2/3 weeks later it broke again. They still have yet to fix it and itâs been another 3/4 weeks in the dead of summer! It is 90â¢ in her apartment!! This is the worst apartment complex to rent from! They should be discounting her rent as she is paying for an apartment with AC. I use to manage apartments and reviews are everything! So is having a decent maintenance crew! Do not rent from this place if you expect to have a working AC unit! Maintenance is definitely not concerned about taking care of their renters!

They maintenance came in good time and took care of are toilet and was in and out in no time

If you think this apartment complex has amenities.. it does not! The pool is constantly closed with no set dates for an opening, itâs summer itâs hot and I want to use the pool I pay for and they seem to have no urgency regarding fixing unseen âproblemsâ preventing its opening
