*LENGHTY NOVEL REVIEW*
Iâve only been a resident here almost two weeks and itâs been great so far! I just had a baby whoâs been in the NICU since she was born and needed a new place to call home ASAP! My credit and stuff isnât the best and was getting turned down by every apartment complex I was applying at. I was very hesitant to even apply because of how Iâve been getting turned down but the leasing agent by the name of Melissa who had reached out to me when she seen I was interested helped me and did everything she could to get me in. The process turned out to be so easy and was so fast I was so grateful and happy that they were able to get me, my baby and my two dogs in because I was losing hope. I also had another leasing agent Chyna help me with my many questions lol and was very helpful! One of the things I was looking for was feeling safe and a great area where I donât feel like I have to walk on eggshells and Willow Cove has just that. Iâm also glad that theyâre super pet friendly and love that there are a lot of other residents that have dogs. Although one of my dogs is still slowly learning how to make friends lol Iâm happy that the owners of the other fur babies arenât rude and such when they see us walk by. I did have some things that needed maintenanceâs attention and they were so fast on accommodating them. Max has been the maintenance guy who is always responding to my maintenance needs and he is super friendly and already knows what to do and how to fix it! Super nice and wonderful staff here! Itâs been a great experience so far and glad Iâm able to call this my home!
