*LENGHTY NOVEL REVIEW* I’ve only been a resident here almost two weeks and it’s been great so far! I just had a baby who’s been in the NICU since she was born and needed a new place to call home ASAP! My credit and stuff isn’t the best and was getting turned down by every apartment complex I was applying at. I was very hesitant to even apply because of how I’ve been getting turned down but the leasing agent by the name of Melissa who had reached out to me when she seen I was interested helped me and did everything she could to get me in. The process turned out to be so easy and was so fast I was so grateful and happy that they were able to get me, my baby and my two dogs in because I was losing hope. I also had another leasing agent Chyna help me with my many questions lol and was very helpful! One of the things I was looking for was feeling safe and a great area where I don’t feel like I have to walk on eggshells and Willow Cove has just that. I’m also glad that they’re super pet friendly and love that there are a lot of other residents that have dogs. Although one of my dogs is still slowly learning how to make friends lol I’m happy that the owners of the other fur babies aren’t rude and such when they see us walk by. I did have some things that needed maintenance’s attention and they were so fast on accommodating them. Max has been the maintenance guy who is always responding to my maintenance needs and he is super friendly and already knows what to do and how to fix it! Super nice and wonderful staff here! It’s been a great experience so far and glad I’m able to call this my home!

I just moved out of willow cove apartments after about three years of renting. The only reason I moved is because I bought a house. These apartments have been amazing and it’s truly bitter sweet leaving. The staff at the leasing office are incredible and more than helpful. They take very good care of any maintenance concern and are always improving the amenities. They put in a new playground and cornhole game in the time I was here that has been a huge hit with everyone! They are always out taking such good care of the landscaping. They have done multiple family activities during the holidays that my kids loved! And are updating the fitness center currently! They would send out regular memos and emails about the community that are always helpful. I always recommend my friends and family to consider them when they are looking to rent. I will honestly miss living here !! Handing my keys over was very hard! Take a tour, it’s worth it!!

Hi we're the Martinez family living at willow cove apartments for about nine years, we only have good things to say about the entire management staff we have very nice and experience maintenance people who are always on there game. Our office personnel are always on top of any issues we may have and take care of it .Thank you Willow cove. ❤️
